Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order ships out. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. The responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777)*

Our standard shipping time for frontals, bundles or closures is 3-5 business days. Custom wig orders turn around time is 7-14 business days ( Monday through Friday excluding holidays)

Payment processing time may take up to 48hours.

We will not be liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping or billing addresses.
