                                                                                          BRING YOUR OWN BUNDLES SERVICE:

 

  1. Process your order for your custom wig

  2. Email cashmereluxecollectionllc@gmail.com with your FULL NAME & ORDER NUMBER

  3. Information to where you will be sending or dropping off bundles & lace will be sent to you via email.

  4. Bundles along with lace frontal or closure MUST BE NEW, CLEAN, DRY & UNCUT! Hair will be sent back if it is not in conditions as specified. If you are coloring your own bundles, please allow time for the hair to COMPLETELY DRY before sending.

  5. If you added on custom coloring, please email an inspo pic of the color you would like to achieve. Also keep in mind that the color you are trying to achieve needs to be realistic with hair quality you are providing because hair of lower grade does not take to color well. If you are unsure of the quality, you may purchase bundles from Cashmere Luxe Collection. We insure nothing but top quality.

  6. Please be ready to ship your hair off the same day or within 24hrs after booking this service.

  7. Please send an email to cashmereluxecollectionllc@gmail.com with tracking information so we will know when your hair arrives

     Name

     Phone Number

     Length & texture of bundles (all units 24" and up are made with 4 bundles, if you would like 5 or more, please request.

     Closure or frontal include length & whether you want HD or Transparent lace. 

     Styling Options - what side parting you would like, if you want bone straight, body curls, wand curls, crimps.

     Cap Size S, M, L (Please refer to sizing chart to determine your cap size in the FAQ tab)  

      If you would like custom coloring, please send an inspiration pic of the color you are looking to achieve.

       Once email is sent we will go over your request & calculate your price based off the information you provided. Once calculated a 50% deposit will be required in order to begin the process of creating your unit. Once your unit is complete a text will be sent to the number provided and remaining balance will need to be paid before order can be shipped or picked up.
